How it works?
Each day, you’ll add one new exercise to the routine while continuing the ones from the previous days. By Day 12, you’ll have completed a festive workout circuit that gets your heart pumping and muscles working.
12 Days of Fitness Calendar
Day One: 1-minute Plank Hold
Kick off the chilly Month of December with a solid core workout! Keep your body in a straight line and engage your abs. Want to turn things up a notch? Try holding it for a few extra seconds (or minutes) every time you try it!
Day Two: 2 Burpees + Everything Before
Switch things up with a burst of cardio! Jump for the christmas tree Star topper, drop to a push-up, and jump back up.
Day Three: 3 Push-ups + Everything Before
Puuuush for it! Activate your chest and arms right before you pop the next ginger cookie.
Day Four: 4 Squats + Everything Before
The Christmas goodies are right under the Christmas tree! The more squats you do, the more gifts you get! Plus, you get to strengthen your legs with some simple bodyweight (plus gift weights) squats.
Fun Tip: Get bulkier (and heavier) gifts to supercharge your squats training!
Day Five: 5 Jumping Jacks + Everything Before
Yes, jump and reach for the mistletoe! Add this classic cardio move to your Fitmas Calendar to keep your energy on an all-time high.
Day Six: 6 lunges + Everything Before
Not done with Christmas shopping? Then you must start practicing with lunges. Work your quads, hamstrings, and glutes so you can rush for every sale item in the mall!
Day Seven: 7 Mountain Climbers + Everything Before
Fire up your core and legs with this dynamic move. You're going to start feeling the burn here. Great job!
Day Eight: 8 Tricep Dips + Everything Before

Use a chair or bench to do this exercise.
Day Nine: 9 High Knees + Everything Before
The floor is lava! Get your heart rate (and knees) up with this fun cardio move.
Day Ten: 10 Russian Twists + Everything Before
